Blessing of Renovated Buildings
The Pattaya Orphanage held a blessing ceremony for the completed renovation of its buildings and the statue of Jesus donated by St. Nicholas Church, Pattaya. Most Rev. Bishop Philip Adisak Phorn-Ngam, Bishop of the Diocese of Chanthaburi and President the Foundation’s Executive Board, graciously presided over the ceremony. Also present were Bishop Emeritus Lawrence Thienchai Samanchit, Rev. Fr. Michael Weera Phangrak, our Director, the Foundation management, Rev. Henry Somchai Kesi, Parish Priest of St. Nikolaus Church Pattaya and Assumption Church, Pattaya, our neighbors, and members of our home as well as our Sotpattana School. We express our gratitude and pray for God’s blessings upon Mr. Veerasilp, the renovation project manager, as well as all benefactors and organizations for their financial support, whose names cannot all be mentioned here. On this special occasion, we celebrated the 52nd birthday of Rev. Fr. Francis Xavier Kritsada Sukkaphat, wishing him “Many happy returns of the day”..
