Wai Khru Day 2025
Sotpattana School for kindergartners with disabilities organized a Wai Khru ceremony for the academic year 2025, adhering to a traditional Thai ritual designed for students to pay their respects to teachers. This ceremony serves as a means to express gratitude and to formalize the student-teacher relationship. Pre-school children of the Pattaya Orphanage participated in this significant event, which was presided over by Rev. Fr. Michael Weera Phangrak, the Acting Licensee and Manager of the School. School Director, Mrs. Angkhana Kamnoedtone, her teaching and staff personnel, and school board members, were actively encouraged to demonstrate resilience and joy in their roles as supporters of the children’s development, alongside the team of educators and caregivers of the Orphanage.
