Annual Fire Evacuation Drill 2025 – Together for Safety
The Pattaya Orphanage, by the Maintenance Department, organized a training and fire The Pattaya Orphanage, by the Maintenance Department, organized a training and fire drill for new staff members. The session included lessons about using fire extinguishers and understanding what to do in case of a fire. During the drill, we simulated a fire situation on the fourth floor of our five-story building. This exercise helped everyone learn important safety measures. We also included residents and users of the building in the drill, including children from preschool age and older, as well as the teachers from the Sotpattana School for preschoolers with disabilities, who participated twice. Our staff worked diligently to ensure everyone was safe during the practice, especially when using the fire escape and moving to the Assembly Point. Thank you to all involved, especially the Pattaya City Land Disaster Prevention Department officers, the instructors who provided both theoretical and practical knowledge, and to Mr. Chakkrit Panyakaew, Head of the Maintenance Department, and his team for all the preparations. We are grateful to everyone involved for their support and commitment to keeping our home and community safe.
