Our older children at the Pattaya Orphanage made good use of their school break by practicing life skills in an activity making “Crab Stick Wontons using Vietnamese Rice Paper, with Teacher Tiew and Teacher Nat leading the session. The kids learned to wrap and deep-fry the crispy snacks under the guidance of their teachers, showing great focus and joy as they enjoyed the delicious results of their handiwork..
