Annual Conference on Adoption 2025

During March 20-21, 2025, Ms. Pemika Naksud, Social Worker, and Ms. Lakkana Poonjaroen, Adoption Officer, represented the Pattaya Orphanage in the “International Adoption Process Development and Capacity Building Conference in collaboration with Four Child Welfare Organizations” in Ayutthaya Province. The event focused on refining operational procedures, fostering interagency cooperation, and enhancing best practices in international adoption. This initiative serves as a crucial platform for strengthening professional collaboration and ensuring the highest standards of adoption services. The foundation remains committed to implementing the insights gained to improve long-term outcomes for children awaiting loving families.

Learning about Japanese Culture

School-aged children at the Pattaya Orphanage learned about Japanese culture from Ms. Junko Noda and her friend Dentist Sakamon Chanseewong, or Dr. Took, from Sriracha, during the long school break. On top of the writing of their own names in Japanese language, our young chefs learned to cook rice in a pot and make rice balls, sandwiched with salmon and pickled plums..
