Joining Community Feast

When St. Nikolaus Church, the main community center for Catholics in Pattaya, celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi this Sunday, members of the Pattaya Orphanage joined parishioners in the feast as local members. A group of little angels from our home honored the Eucharist in unison during the procession around the church.

Steamed Dumplings

Kids in school age learned to cook dumplings with Teacher Nat and Teacher Tiew during their weekend. They were introduced to all the needed equipment, ingredients, and vegetables from our own garden.. How happy and proud the little cooks were with their steamed pork and shrimp dumplings! There is a plan to cook with a bigger amount next time so that all members of the Orphanage can taste it.. Thanks to both teachers and all concerned..
