Kanom Bua Loi
** Thai Dessert-, Glutinous Rice Ball in Coconut milk ** During the mid-academic-year break in 2026, one of the activities for children in the upper primary grades and above involved making “Bua Loi” – glutinous rice balls in coconut milk, with our cook, Khun Nok. Under the guidance of Teacher Tiew, the little cooks learned the entire process—from preparing the necessary equipment and ingredients to working alongside adults at every stage—while also learning about important safety precautions. The result was a batch of delicious, colorful, and flavorful Bua Loi. Thank you to everyone involved!
