Mother’s Day 2024
On the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother’s 92nd Birthday Anniversary, and the National Mother’s Day 2024, children of the Pattaya Orphanage Foundation, from kindergarten levels onwards, participated in various special charity activities, such as setting up a Mother’s Day board, making jasmine flowers from tissue paper, and the cleaning of the building and compound.. Over the long weekend of the National Mother’s Day 2024, a group of older kids gathered to learn how to prepare deep fried minced pork toasts.. Guided by Teacher Nat, the team of cooks enjoyed the activity starting with the preparation of necessary equipment and ingredients, the techniques of making healthy snacks with little oil, the serving of the toasts to younger kids and department staff. They also had the opportunity to strengthen their relationship, esp. between kids in primary school and the older ones in colleges and universities.
